On Stage at E.J. Thomas

Untitled design

For one night, experience the art of dance with the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company and the eloquent performance of Analogy/Dora: Tramontane. Bill T. Jones based the work on an oral history account of French Jewish nurse and social worker, Dora Amerlan. Presented in 25 episodes, the production uses choreography and song that reflects Dora Amelan's early life in Belgium where she witnessed "her mother's death when the Germans marched into Belgium and her experiences working at an underground Jewish organization in Vichy France's internment camps, Gurs & Rivesaltes."
