Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology Associate’s Degree
Electrical and electronic engineering technology is at the heart of most modern equipment, from cell phones and computers to power generation and manufacturing facilities. Graduates of our associate’s degree program may choose to continue on to our bachelor’s program here at The University of Akron or pursue a career in industry. They work in a wide range of exciting careers including power distribution, industrial controls, electronics, and technical management.

All students who meet the minimum requirements for admittance into The University of Akron and intend to major in electrical engineering are accepted into the College.
