Search Committee Information Session

This one hour session covers topics that range from effective recruitment strategies, identifying ways that ensure the applicant pool brings diverse and qualified candidates, best practices pertaining to screening applicant materials, conducting reference checks, criminal background checks, to developing and implementing an effective and fair interview process while maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct. Upon request, sessions can also be customized to meet the specific needs of search committees.
