Biography

Colleen has worked all over the country in various fields. As a Biomimicry Fellow at The University of Akron, she is expanding her research from botany and ecosystem ecology to entomology and biomechanics. She collaborates with the Cleveland Museum of Natural History on insect-inspired biomimicry projects and desires to make the biomimetic process simpler and more accessible to researchers in all disciplines.
