Members of our Hospitality Club will present their signature Fall Brunch Sunday, Nov. 12, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Savory brunch favorites will be served in the Crystal Room Bistro, located inside Gallucci Hall at 360 Grant St. University of Akron students will prepare a wide variety of options for guests, including parmesan-crusted cod, roast chicken and glazed cinnamon rolls.
“This is a true ‘win-win,’” said Crystal Room Bistro Operations Manager Mark Kent. “It’s a great opportunity for our students to bring what they learn in the kitchen and put it to plate, and it’s a wonderful brunch at a reasonable price for our guests.”
Students will be slicing roast beef, flipping sizzling omelets and preparing cloud-like waffles at three action stations. Proceeds will benefit student education visits.
The brunch prices are:
- $22.95 for adults
- $18.95 for high school seniors and UA students
- $11.95 for children between the ages of 3-12
- Free for children under 3
