The University of Akron's Hospitality Club is hosting a Blooming Brunch on Sunday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Crystal Room Bistro in Gallucci Hall, 360 Grant St.
The buffet will include made-to-order omelets, waffles, bacon, sausage, hash browns, lemon-herb roasted chicken, bourbon-glazed tilapia, pasta, desserts and more.
The cost is $11.95 for students and seniors, $15.95 for club supporters, $8 for children ages 4 to 10, and free for children 3 and younger. Proceeds from the event help subsidize culinary learning experiences for students in UA's Hospitality Club.
