Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding temporarily forwards all your calls to another extension or to an outside number.

Options

Call Forwarding- All Calls

The Call Forwarding feature temporarily forwards all your calls to:

• Your Voicemail
• Your Delegates (people that you have set up to be able to make or receive calls on your behalf)
• A Call Group (a group of people that you want to be able to answer calls on your behalf, but not make calls for you).
• Or to an outside number 

To set up call forwarding:

• Click on your Profile Picture or Initials in the top right of the Teams app
• Select "Settings"
• Select "Calls" on the left menu
• Select "Forward my calls" in the Call answer rules.
• Select who/what number you want to forward your calls to.

To cancel call forwarding:

• Click on your Profile Picture or Initials in the top right of the Teams app
• Select "Settings"
• Select "Calls" on the left menu
• Select "Calls Ring Me" in the Call answer rules.
