Kevin Krull received a B.S in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, magna cum laude and he is a member of the Phi Zeta Kappa and Phi Omega Epsilon honor societies, an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University where he, graduated at the top of his class and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honor Society, a Master of Accountancy from Rutgers University, where he graduated number one in his class and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honor Society and a J.D. from the University of Akron where he was elected Staff Chairman 1975 and was Managing Editor 1976-77 of the University of Akron Law Review. He received the Prentice Hall Award for excellence in the study of Taxation at the University of Akron School of Law.
Mr. Krull is Vice President of Business Operations, General Counsel and Asst. Secretary of International Data Group, Inc. IDG is the world's leading IT media, research and exposition company. He was formerly Vice President’ Secretary and General Counsel of Elsevier US Holdings, Inc. a worldwide medical publisher and was a supervisor in the tax department of Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte and Touche). He was also a legal intern for Judge Leroy Conti of the Federal District Court for Northern Ohio during the Youngstown Desegregation case in 1977.
He is a Certified Public Accountant with membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Certified Fraud Examiner with membership in the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Forensic CPA with membership in The Forensic CPA Society and his bio has appeared in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry; Who’s Who in the East and Who’s Who in America. He recently received the New England In-House Magazine In House “Leader In the Law” award for 2011 and he will receive the University of Akron School of Law Outstanding Law Alumni Award on May 17, 2013.
