Mortgage Financing and Forms:

* Read pp. 99-106, pp. 110 (Mortgage Foreclosures) - 116 in the Real Estate Transfer textbook (Nelson, Whitman, Burkhart, Freyermuth).

* Read the Freddie Mac Missouri single-family residential mortgage form (Deed of Trust). The form is posted on TWEN. From your reading of the form, prepare at least one question that you have about any of the provisions of the form.
