Biography

Tom Daniels counseled a diverse range of corporations and financial institutions in domestic and international corporate finance matters and advised boards of directors of both public and private companies on a broad range of issues relating to securities regulations and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in a full range of corporate financing matters, including public and private equity and debt capital raising transactions as well as compliance with the federal securities laws, stock exchange requirements, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Dodd-Frank Act.
