Biography:

Betty joined Information Technology Services in 1987, working in the department of Operations Systems Services under the unit of Enterprise Operations. Under this unit Betty provided scanning services for test scoring, faculty evaluation, and surveys. She also maintained tapes as the Tape Librarian under the “Legacy” application. With the retirement of legacy systems Betty was transferred to CBA&E. Here Betty continues to provide scanning services and will be providing services in deployment of online tests, surveys and assessments.
