Dr. Rho is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Urban Studies at The University of Akron. She received her Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Georgia. Her research focuses on public management, interorganizational network management, organizational behavior, and organizational communication. She teaches courses in public management, public administration, strategic management, and public policy.
