In July 2021, applicable course fee accounts received an estimated budget for the entire 2022 fiscal year. The  estimated budget includes the actual amount allocated from the previous fiscal year, less the six percent expected enrollment decline, which is more acute than the budgeted four percent. Come July 2022, applicable colleges will receive a revised course fee list adjusted to reflect the actual revenue received and distributed to your accounts for 2021-2022.

Course Fees are associated with a particular course and will be effective for a full academic year including summer terms. Course fees are renewed in spring and effective in Fall of every year. Fees are subject to change without notice. The fees, which will be returned to the requesting college on a dollar-for-dollar basis, are needed to subsidize the extra costs of supplies for each student enrolled in the specific courses.
