ENGAGE students in self-reflection, hands-on training, and group activities.

Allow attendees to DISTINGUISH themselves as a leader who has taken the intentional opportunity to further develop skills.

Provide students the opportunity to GROW as a leader through True Colors, motivational speakers, and a variety of interactive sessions.

Allow students the opportunity to EMERGE as a better, stronger, and more international leader.
