The University of Akron’s Hospitality Club and the Garde Manger Club will host a dinner titled “Leaning Into an Italian Spring” at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 21 at the Crystal Room Restaurant in Gallucci Hall.
The special guest will be executive chef Roger Thomas of Piatto Novo in the Sheraton Suites of Cuyahoga Falls.

Orange panna cotta with balsamic strawberries and almond cantuccini
