**All requests are tentative until approved with a signed contract by Athletics Facilities, Events and Operations staff.

Event Information

**If set up time falls during business hours of day prior, additional rental fees may be accessed.

**All food and beverage needs for levels 5, 6, 7 must be contracted through catering services

**Catering services will also receive this information as it is submitted

**Facility layouts are based on event size, types of tables and resources needed. A layout will be created as you continue with the request process.

**All resources will be discussed during rental process to ensure that needs can or will be met.
