Our office coordinates many programs that need enthusiastic student leaders who love to share their experience, UA pride, and help others! Hiring Period: January to March

Position Period: May to August

Serving as an Orientation Leader is so much more than a job! This unique experience will have a lasting impact on your time at UA, giving you lifelong memories and friendships as you work closely on a team with the other members of the orientation staff.

Spend your summer welcoming our incoming class, showing your Zips pride, and gaining valuable transferable skills like leadership, communication, and teamwork. This paid experience is unlike any other!

Extensive training is provided, and Orientation Leaders can live on campus, free of charge, during training and for the summer.

Hiring Period: February to April

Position Period: End of August

A short leadership opportunity with big impact, being a New Roo Weekend Leader lets you connect with incoming students over a weekend and help get them acclimated to campus!

This paid opportunity lasts the weekend right before classes start in the fall and is filled with fun events that our leaders get to attend with their students. Working with one to two other leaders, New Roo Weekend Leaders will help our incoming students learn the ropes of life at UA and give them some familiar faces to connect with at the start of the semester.
