Graduate School Goes Green
To serve graduate students more efficiently hard copy correspondence will no longer be printed and mailed from the Graduate School. All communication will be disseminated to students electronically via e-mail.
The Graduate School recommends that graduate students inform our office of any changes to their e-mail accounts. Notice of these changes should be sent to gradsch@uakron.edu.

- JUNE 1 - Online Graduation Application due for Summer 2013 Commencement
- JUNE 9 - Intersession ends
- JUNE 10 - Five-Week One and Eight-Week classes begin
- JUNE 14 - Last day to add a class for Five-Week One
- JUNE 17 - Last day to add a class for Eight-Week Session
- JUNE 24 - Preliminary Dissertation Deadline
- JUNE 25 - Last day to withdraw from a class for Five-Week One
- JULY 4 - Independence Day (UNIVERSITY CLOSED)
- JULY 5 - Last day to withdraw from a class for Eight-Week Session
- JULY 8 - Preliminary Thesis Deadline
- JULY 14 - Five-Week One ends
- JULY 15 - Five-Week Two classes begin
