Dr. Thomas Neal, Professor of Spanish, earned his Ph.D. in Hispanic Literature from Indiana University in 2013. His research interests include 18th- and 19th-century Spanish and Latin American literatures, Transatlantic Studies, and Postcolonial Theory. His teaching interests include Spanish literature and culture, Spanish for the professions, and the development of online/hybrid Spanish courses.
