Zip Hop

Blend a solid workout with hip hop choreography. Zip Hop is designed for all levels of experience and runs every Thursday from 9-10pm in Studio A. This 10 week program starts with a free demo on 1/25 and officially starts 2/1. Registration for the entire program is $10 for students and $20 for members. Sign up online or in the SRWS Pro Shop before 2/1.

American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certification Preparation Course

Interested in becoming a group exercise instructor or personal trainer? This eight-week course is designed to help you achieve these goals. You will be able to work at your own pace, and at the end you will be well prepared for the certification exam. The course will be conducted through Brightspace and includes the following components:

  • American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid certification course
  • ACE exam voucher
  • Acess to study materials
  • Opportunities to shadow professionals and teach mock clients/classes

Enrollment begins January 31 and ends February 14.

Pink Gloves Boxing

Pink Gloves Boxing is a female-focused, high-energy boxing program that will take your workout to the next level not only physically but mentally too. Pink Gloves Boxing is different from conventional group fitness classes in that it is taught in a small group training setting so you'll get extra one-on-one time with your trainers to work on your boxing form and skills. During class you'll work through various stations such as punching bags, shadow boxing, speed/agility drills, mitt holding, and more. Pink Gloves Boxing is a fun, friendly, and encouraging environment that personally challenges you at YOUR level. You'll develop powerful boxing skills and define a healthier, more confident YOU. Classes meet two days per week at the same time with the same instructor and group throughout the entire 10 week program in SRWC Studio B.

Spring 2018 schedule

Spring sessions run from January 29 to April 13, with no classes during Spring Break.

Tier 1 Class Options

Attend our FREE Tier 1 demo classes the week of 1/22 at days and times listed below in Studio B!

Registration includes a starter kit and is $85 for students, $95 for members, and $160 for non-members.
