Yvonne Bruce has been an instructor at the University of Akron since 2003. Originally from St. Louis, she earned her PhD at Rice University in Houston and taught for several years in Charleston, South Carolina, before moving to Cleveland, where she currently resides. When not teaching, Dr. Bruce enjoys pursuing wisdom. Should she finally bag it, she promises to share the meat with her students.
