ITAL 101 - BEGINNING ITALIAN I

4.00 credits
This course will develop speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills through a series of contextualized communicative activities. It has been designed to provide students with the foundations of Beginning Italian I and gradually build knowledge of vocabulary and grammatical elements. Students will be able, and provided the opportunity, individually or in group, to discuss topics and write short dialogues or compositions.

ITAL 102 - BEGINNING ITALIAN II 

4.00 credits
This course will develop speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills through a series of contextualized communicative activities. It has been designed to provide students with the foundations of Beginning Italian II and gradually build knowledge of vocabulary and grammatical elements. Students will be able, and provided the opportunity, individually or in group, to discuss topics and write short dialogues or compositions.
Pre-requisites: ITAL 101 or equivalent.

ITAL 201 - INTERMEDIATE ITALIAN I

3.00 credits
This course will develop speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills through a series of contextualized communicative activities. It has been designed to expand upon the foundations of elementary-level Italian and gradually build your knowledge of vocabulary and grammatical elements. Students will be able, and provided the opportunity, individually or in group, to discuss topics and write short dialogues or compositions. 
Pre-requisites: ITAL 102 or equivalent. 

ITAL 202 - INTERMEDIATE ITALIAN II

3.00 credits
This course will develop speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills through a series of contextualized communicative activities. It has been designed to expand upon the foundations of elementary-level Italian and gradually build your knowledge of vocabulary and grammatical elements. Students will be able, and provided the opportunity, individually or in group, to discuss topics and write short dialogues or compositions. 
Pre-requisites: ITAL 201 or equivalent.
