• Debbie is amazing! She is nothing but sweet, smart, and extremely professional. She wen above and beyond to make sure that I understood the steps needed to resolve my issue. In contrast, sometimes I have received messages through footnotes emails that use computer jargon which I do not understand. This does not help me as much as when/how Debbie puts it in lamen's terms and also follows up with a telephone call to make sure that I understand. She is just awesome and UA is so lucky to have her!
