"How I Saw It: My Photographic Memory of the Soap Box Derby" provides a comprehensive history of the Soap Box Derby, covering the race from its start in the 1930s until the present day. The pages are filled with images of cars and drivers, movie stars and celebrities, and programs and other memorabilia, including stills from the just-released Corbin Bernsen movie, "25 Hill."

"How I Saw It" contains exclusive stories from Jeff Iula, the longest serving All-American Soap Box Derby general manager. The book is highlighted by interviews of derby participants collected by Bill Ignizio. Several lists of derby firsts and facts are also included.

"How I Saw It" is the newest Ringtaw Book, an imprint of The University of Akron Press. The book is available in paper for $24.95 (ISBN 978-1-935603-07-8) and can be ordered through http://www.uakron.edu/uapress.
