Ted Walter ’90 Joins Fifth Third Bank

CBA alum Ted Walter has been named Akron president of Fifth Third Bank.

Previously, Walter was president of the Akron, Canton, Youngstown and Pittsburgh unit of JPMorgan Chase Bank, and a senior vice president at KeyBank in Akron.

Walter earned his MBA (Finance) degree from UA in 1990. He also holds a degree in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

An active member of the community, Walter is a member of the board of directors of the Greater Akron Chamber and serves on the Akron Regional Development Board, Cascade CDC, Stark Development Board, Youngstown Business Incubator and Akron Tomorrow.
