Dr. Il-Woon Kim, professor of accounting and international business, will be honored by the Consortium for Advanced Management International (CAM-I) at the organization’s quarterly meeting, September 11- 14, in Boston, MA. He will be recognized for his significant contributions to the organization and to the field of international business.
Kim has been active with CAM-I for sixteen years and was one of the pioneers of the most successful initiatives in Target Costing.
CAM-I President, Ashok Vadgama, notes that Kim has also been instrumental in furthering the group’s relationships with organizations in Korea and Japan and has assumed leadership roles on many projects for member companies.
CAM-I is an international consortium of manufacturing and service companies, government organizations, consultancies, and academic and professional bodies who work cooperatively to solve management problems and critical business issues that are common to the group.
