As part of a leadership project in the CBA’s new Flexible MBA program, a team of five MBA students had the opportunity to discuss leadership with Mr. Bill Considine, CEO of Akron Children’s Hospital.
The team of Khosie Dlamini, Luisa Nelly Berríos, Michael Spayd, Kushtrim Krasniqi, and Mohammad Fahim Tabesh (pictured with Considine below) interviewed the CEO and gained valuable insights into how leadership works.
Considine is the longest tenured CEO of a children’s hospital in the United States, and is widely respected in the Akron community. He was recently awarded the Polsky Award for his many contributions to the City of Akron.
