Sending to a resident student

Mail will be delivered to a student's residence hall by Mailing Services, but packages delivered by most carriers (U.S. Express Mail, Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) will be sent to DocuZip in the Student Union.

DocuZip then will notify the student that a package is ready for pickup.

Tip: For better service, please do not use the DocuZip address for standard U.S. mail.

How do I pick up a package?

Students: If you live in the south quad (Exchange, Galluci, Grant, and the Townhouses) you can pick up your packages at the Exchange St. DocuZip, located in the Exchange St. Residence hall (Next to Zee's Grille). Phone: 330-972-3947. Otherwise you can pick up your packages at the Student Union DocuZip, located in Student Union 219. Phone: 330-972-7870. Students may pick up packages Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is closed on weekends.

DocuZip will accept packages for only students who reside on campus. Please avoid using nicknames or aliases, as those names do not appear on the official residence-hall roster that we use to notify students that a package has arrived.
