Biography
Dale Dong has taught classes in studio photography at the Myers School of Art since 2012. Topics include portrait, product, and lifestyle photography. His courses emphasize skills in lighting both in studio and on location.
He has worked in commercial and editorial photography for over thirty years, and is best known for his work with the performing arts—music, dance, and theatre. His work has appeared in Dance Magazine, Graphis Books, The Akron Beacon Journal, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, and Symphony. He has also worked in science and in music before becoming a full-time working photographer.
