Emerge dancers

As a campus farewell before they graduate in May, nine University of Akron dance majors are presenting their own choreography in “Emerge” on Friday and Saturday, April 24-25, at 7:30 p.m., at Daum Theatre in Kolbe Hall, 328 Buchtel Common.

“Emerge: Original Choreographic Explorations by Senior Artists” will feature different styles and approaches to creating dance while demonstrating the strength within the UA Dance Program.

  • Kathleen Horrell, Canal Fulton, Ohio
  • Darcie Lemons, Marysville, Ohio
