The OHECC Conference has been a great success in the past, because of the support and relationships we have with our vendors who sponsor and support the OHECC conference and events.

Registration Closes: 5:00pm EST on April 28, 2022
Sponsorship Terms
Payment: Payment of the Fees will be made in U.S currency by credit card payment, by check, or by bank transfer payable to University of Cincinnati, and shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days prior to the OHECC conference.
No Shows: There are no refunds for no-shows
Refunds: If a sponsor cancels more than sixty (60) days before the OHECC conference, the sponsor will not be liable for any fees or charges from OHECC assuming the cancellation was presented in an email sent to the Host Committee General Chairperson. In the event a sponsor cancels less than sixty (60) days before the OHECC conference starts the sponsor will be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the agreed upon sponsorship fees. The cancellation request must be sent via email to the Host Committee General Chairperson.
Vendors that are looking at co-sponsoring, shared sponsorships are only available to Diamond and Platinum levels.
Cancellation Policy
Conference fees include meals, refreshments, conference materials, and access to all sessions. Attendees who wish to cancel must do so on or before 4/28/2024 to receive a refund. No refunds will be given after 4/28/2024.
Sponsorship Levels
There are four levels for our vendors to sponsor at:

- Wednesday Keynote Speaker and Lunch
- Thursday Evening Event at the Pro Football Hall of Fame
- Company logo on conference promotional items: Umbrella and Bag (this option does not include the 10 minute talk)
Sponsorship includes:
- General session recognition
- Sponsor list in conference app
- Banner ad rotation in conference app
- Sponsor level list in conference website
- Prominent location at the showcase venue
Exhibit Showcase:
- Two tables and four chairs during the conference in the lobby area
- Two tables and four chairs during the vendor showcase
- Four corporate attendees for the entire conference
Only 5 opportunities available (may vary):
- Wednesday Hor D'oeuvres
- Wednesday Evening Event - Dinner at Student Union
- Wednesday Evening After Party - Game Room at Student Union
- Thursday Breakfast
- Vendor Showcase
