Opened in 2010, Spicer Hall is a five floor co-ed residence hall for 450 students in shared-single, double and triple occupancy rooms. Each room style has its own in-suite bathroom. There are two resident assistants on every floor for supervision and guidance, as well as several peer mentors to serve as additional resources.
