| On Sunday, August 24, 2008 Student Affairs invites you to join in Roo Fest 2008 by participating in the festivities that will follow Celebrating Akron Traditions and Playfair. Roo Fest 2008 will provide a means to “connect” new students to The University of Akron’s spirit, pride, enthusiasm and expectations for learning, as well as, introduce them to campus departments and educational involvement opportunities.
