All Pre-Health Students
Health Professions Affinity Community (HPAC)
The Health Professions Affinity Community (HPAC) program supports students as they identify personal and community resources and connect them to pressing community health concerns.
The goal of HPAC is to promote community health and student success by empowering students to implement health projects in their communities.
HPAC helps increase students’ academic scholarship, their ability to conduct research, and engagement within the community.
HPAC connects students with experts in the field and community agencies or organizations doing similar work.
HPAC members have the opportunity to present their project at the annual HPAC Scholars Day hosted by Northeast Ohio Medical University.
The Pre-Dental Club
The purpose of The Pre-Dental Club is to educate students on the dental profession, help them with the dental school application process including DAT preparation, letters of recommendation, personal statements, etc., volunteering, meet with admissions counselors from Ohio's dental schools, and visit those schools on their Pre-Dent Days.
