Bierce Library is located on the north side of main campus between Buchtel Ave., Union St., College St., and Buchtel Mall. Parking for visitors is available in the Visitor Parking Garage on Buchtel Ave. Parking for UA students, faculty and staff is available in the new parking garage on Buchtel Ave. directly across from the Visitor Parking Garage.

Northbound - I-77: Follow I-77 North to Rt. 8 North and exit at Buchtel Ave. At first traffic light, turn left (west) onto Carroll St. At next light, turn right (north) onto Spicer St. At next light, turn left (west) onto Buchtel Ave. Proceed through the next intersection to the four-way stop. At stop, turn left (south) onto the S. College St. circle for access to Bierce Library handicap entrance/book drop/receiving dock. For weekday guest parking, proceed (west) on E. Buchtel Ave. through the four-way stop and turn left into Visitor Lot A. On week-ends, visitors may park free in any designated student/faculty/staff parking lot.

Southbound - 1-77 & Eastbound - I-76: Follow I-77 South/ I-76 East and exit at Wolf Ledges Pkwy. At first traffic light, turn left (north) onto Wolf Ledges Pkwy. Proceed until road curves (east) and turns into Carroll St. After curve, turn left (north) back onto Wolf Ledges Pkwy. At second traffic light, turn right (east) onto University Ave. Make first left (north) onto Hill St. Make first right (east) onto E. Buchtel Ave. For weekday guest parking, make right turn into Visitor Lot A. On week-ends, visitors may park free in any designated student/faculty/staff parking lot. For Bierce Library handicap entrance/book drop/receiving dock, proceed to four-way stop. At stop, turn right (south) onto the S. College St. circle.

Southbound - Rt. 8: Follow Rt. 8 South and exit at Perkins St. Proceed to the right (west) at top of exit onto Perkins St. At first traffic light, turn left (south) onto Union St. Proceed to E. Buchtel Ave. Turn right (west) onto E. Buchtel Ave. Proceed to four-way stop. At stop, turn left (south) onto the S. College St. circle for access to Bierce Library handicap entrance/book drop/receiving dock. For weekday guest parking, proceed (west) on E. College St. circle for access to Bierce Library handicap entrance/book drop/receiving dock. For weekday guest parking, proceed (west) on E. Buchtel Ave through the four-way stop and turn left into Visitor Lot A. On week-ends, visitors may park free in any designated student/faculty/staff parking lot.
