Biography
Dr. Saunders joined the UA faculty in 2010. She is a proud Zip class of '91, '94, and '98. She is currently serving as the Associate Dean of the Graduate School. She has been continuously, externally funded since 2002, including NIH K25 and NSF CAREER Awards. Her total funding as a PI and Co-PI currently exceeds $8.7 million. Dr. Saunders is the author of Mechanical Testing for the Biomechanical Engineer: A Practical Guide. Synthesis Digital Library of Engineering and Computer Science, Morgan and Claypool Publishing.
