Zoha Naqawe

Biography

I double majored in physics and biology during my undergrad at Georgia Tech. I have a background in varied coursework like vertebrate biology, physics of living systems, and mathematical biology. I have worked in various different labs covering topics like pattern formation and cardiac dynamics, neural spectral analysis, and biological packing.

I love all things nature and looking at it with a more technical lens and I hope to create an interdisciplinary project at the intersection of physics and biology as a PhD Student in Dr. Astley’s biomechanics lab.
