Zip Hop

Blend a solid workout with hip hop choreography. Zip Hop is designed for all levels of experience and runs every Thursday from 9-10pm in Studio A. This 10 week program kicks off with a free demo on 1/23 and continues through 4/3. Registration for the program is $10 for students and $20 for members. Sign up online or in the Rec center before 1/30.

Personal training workshops

All workshops take place on the Rec center's fitness floor and cost $50 for students, $75 for members and $100 for non-members.

Squat, Deadlift, and Bench – Beginner
Fridays, 3-4pm, Jan 31-Feb 21

Learn the mechanics of the back squat, deadlift and bench press from certified personal trainers. This program includes weekly training sessions, a nutrition guide, and an exercise program.

Squat, Deadlift, and Bench – Intermediate
Fridays, 3-4pm, Feb 28-Mar 20

Perfect the squat, deadlift, and bench press through our certified trainer-led program that focuses on advanced training methods, mobility, and performance nutrition.

Register online or in the Rec by 2/27. You can also register for both programs and save!

Women and Weights
Fridays, 1-2pm, Jan 31-Feb 21

Learn how to exercise, use fitness equipment, modify for your fitness level, progress your workouts, and program your own to meet your specific goals.
