Blend a solid workout with hip hop choreography. Zip Hop is designed for all levels of experience and runs every Thursday from 9-10pm in Studio A. This 10 week program kicks off with a free demo on 8/29 and continues through 11/14. Registration for the entire program is $10 for students and $20 for members. Sign up online or in the Rec center before 9/5.
Personal training workshops
All workshops take place on the Rec center's fitness floor and cost $50 for students, $75 for members and $100 for non-members.
Squat, Deadlift and Bench – Beginner
Fridays, 4-5pm, Sept 13-Oct 11
Learn the mechanics of the back squat, deadlift and bench press from certified personal trainers. This program includes weekly training sessions, a nutrition guide, and an exercise program.

Learn how to exercise, use fitness equipment, modify for your fitness level, progress your workouts, and program your own to meet your specific goals.
