Professional & Academic Experience

Ryan Robinson is a practicing Associate Attorney with Dinsmôre, a Cincinnati-based law firm with offices across the country, including in Cleveland and Akron. His areas of expertise include business transactions, M&A, corporate counseling and real estate matters, as well as cybersecurity and data privacy. He has experience in multiple industries, including, but not limited to, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, technology, franchising, food and restaurant, and transportation. He serves as outside counsel for several mid-size and large companies and advises clients on transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, contract reviews, and day-to-day business operations. He has represented various clients, from individual entrepreneurs to larger regional and national companies. Having served as in-house and outside general counsel, Ryan uniquely understands the client’s perspective.

Ryan is a double alum from The University of Akron. In 2015, he earned a BA in Economics and in 2018, a Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Law School. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Akron Bar Association, and Stark County Bar Association. Additionally, he serves as on the board of directors of Compassion Delivered, Inc., a Stark County non-profit that provides free nutritional meals to individuals suffering from life-threatening or terminal illness and on the junior board of directors for Edwins Leadership & Restaurant Institute, a Cleveland non-profit focused on providing formerly incarcerated individuals culinary skills upon re-entry. Ryan is a member of Akron’s Torchbearers, the Green Chamber of Commerce, and the Stark County United Way – Young Leaders Society.

In 2022, Ryan was named to the Best Lawyers® List of “Ones to Watch” and, in 2025, to the Ohio Super Lawyers and Rising Stars list. Beyond his work in the legal profession, Ryan stays busy with family, friends, and many community engagement projects with various non-profit organizations and charities that positively impact the northeast Ohio region.
