Biography

Ron DiMattia founded Corporate Value Partners, Inc. to assist clients with a broad range of valuation, corporate finance and litigation matters. He has significant experience in valuations, financial analysis, forecasts/projections, acquisitions, corporate performance measures and forensic accounting. He owns his current firm and previously was a senior staff member for a regional accounting firm and was a Senior Manager in a “Big Four” accounting firm’s corporate finance practice.


Professional & Academic Experience

Ron DiMattia founded Corporate Value Partners, Inc. to assist clients with a broad range of valuation, corporate finance and litigation matters. He has significant experience in valuations, financial analysis, forecasts/projections, acquisitions, corporate performance measures and forensic accounting. He owns his current firm and previously was a senior staff member for a regional accounting firm and was a Senior Manager in a “Big Four” accounting firm’s corporate finance practice.

Ron currently serves as a discussion leader for the AICPA’s Business Valuation School. He is also a member of the AICPA’s ABV Exam Task Force which assists with reviewing and writing questions for the ABV Exam. In prior years, Ron served on the AICPA’s ABV Credential Committee, the Business Valuations Subcommittee, and the National Accreditation Commission. Additionally, he has served as a member of the AICPA’s Governing Council. Ron has also been an instructor for the AICPA ABV Exam Review course as well as introductory valuation courses.
