A team comprised of Ashok Manthena, an MBA student in the College of Business Administration, and Ashish Jagitiani, a doctoral student in Mechanical Engineering, have developed a new technology that will allow snack food companies to produce a healthy line of products with a fraction of the oil content of existing products.

The team presented the proposed new technology at the 2010 Jumpstart Annual Community Meeting which was held at the Cleveland State University Wolstein Center on October 26. Robert Chalfant, Entrepreneurship lecturer in the CBA, acted as advisor for the team.
