1. Social Media and Moral Judgements
Project Description:
Social Media and Moral Judgements. In this study, we will understand how people make judgements about activities others do on social media. Our focus is particularly on how individual's moral values influence their perceptions of social media, and how that may impact decisions related to the workplace, like recruitment, hiring, and termination.
Opportunities for Students:
-Designing experimental materials
-Piloting experimental materials
-Cleaning data
-Maintaining our online research platform
-Creating online experimental tools through Qualtrics
Experience Needed: Students must have taken Introduction to Psychology.
Time Commitment:
Students will be expected to dedicate approximately 5 hours to the project each week.
2. Fashion and Dress in the Workplace
Project Description:
In this study, we aim to understand how people perceive and experience expectations related to dress in the workplace. Throughout the semester, we will conduct interviews related to people's perceptions of dress and their preparedness for the workplace. While we are interested in many different experiences, we will particularly be interested in examining how people who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community experience dress and fashion in the workplace.

-Interview protocol design
-Conducting interviews
-Coding interview data
