Project Scope

A variety of important functions are performed on a daily basis to run the business of the university.  These include recruitment, payroll, expense management, financial tracking and reporting, and budget management.  As part of the transformative platform goals of the university, most of these business processes will be performed in Workday.  The items in the list below represent the business functions that are in scope for the implementation:
