Workday Student was designed with a flexible architecture to provide the greatest level of personalization for the students here at UA.  One of our project Guiding Principles is “Keep the end-user experience in mind” and we will leverage the power of Workday to do just that – personalize the student user experience by providing a modern, easy-to-navigate, intuitive system for use throughout their journey here at The University of Akron.

  • Faculty will use Workday Student to enter and change final grades, find course schedules, check enrollments, view class rosters, view information about advisees, and more.
  • Students will use Workday Student to view and manage personal information, register for classes, add or drop classes, view class schedule and grades, view financial aid, and more.
  • Staff (with appropriate access) will use Workday Student to find student information, view degree progress, review student financial accounts, view and manage holds, and more.
