Professional & Academic Experience

Terry Vincent graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in accounting (summa cum laude); Master of Taxation; and a Juris Doctorate.  Mr. Vincent is a partner with the law firm of Brouse McDowell focusing in the areas of business and corporate taxation.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as senior attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel in the Tax Litigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. and as a senior attorney in the Office of District Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Cleveland, Ohio.  He is a member of the Ohio State, Federal, and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. Tax Court, Federal District Court, and the Circuit Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit and District of Columbia.  He is a former Adjunct Professor for Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
