Alan Newman

Alan NewmanAlan Newman is an expert on the law of Trusts & Estates, writing extensively in both journals and treatises. His most recent articles addressed time-barred claims under the Uniform Trust Code and questions of accountability of non-settlor trustees in the context of revocable trusts.
