Dr. Wondimu Ahmed (Educational Foundations and Leadership) has received an early career research grant from Division 15 of American Psychological Association (APA). The title of his proposal was "Does the Apple Fall Far From the Tree? Exploring the Intergenerational Transmission of Math Anxiety."
The award is intended for early career professionals or researchers who are working in educational psychology and who are members of Division 15. The purpose of the grant is to provide financial support for an educational psychologist in the early phase of his/her career to support research activities that might not be readily sponsored by one’s institution or other organizations.
