The votes are in — UA is again tops in programming

05/02/2012

For the fifth time since 2000, UA has won the "Campus Activities Program of the Year" award from Campus Activities Magazine for its comprehensive campus programming. UA last won the award in 2010. This is a national award and the other finalists were Kent State University, Miami University (Ohio), Michigan State University and Methodist University.

In its article, the magazine noted, in part, "Creating a thriving community of entertainment on campus is a daunting task. The University of Akron, Ohio has been able to provide such a community on their campus over the years and continues to be a great example for all those who work in the field."
