Department of Economics Advisory Board

The Economics Advisory Board was established in 2008 and functions to assist in strengthening the study of economics and business data analytics as preferred college majors at The University of Akron by providing advice, guidance, advocacy, collaboration and resources to the Department of Economics. Our continued success depends on the personal commitment and active involvement of this select group of individuals who embrace the privilege to serve and the responsibility to lead. We expect Board members to be strong advocates for our students’ education and advancement, continual curriculum improvement and the Department of Economics.
