Dr. Wieslaw K Binienda, F. ASCE
Dr. Binienda joined UA in 1988. He is the chair of the Civil Engineering department and the Co-Director of the Gas and Turbine Research and Testing Laboratory. He has been recognized by NASA for the Turning Goals Into Reality Award and he received the Award for Outstanding Service from the Institute of International Education Scholar Rescue Fund. Dr. Binienda is a Fellow with the American Society of Civil Engineers.
